Description
From Boleros to Cumbia to R&B, Grupo Bella can play it all! Rooted in Mexican tradition, resilience, and hope, seek to expand musical language with traditional Mexican instruments and inspire communal connection, story-sharing, and the joy of cultural pride. From having family who marched with Cesar Chavez to regularly crossing the San Diego and El Paso border to (and from) Mexico, Grupo Bella can attest to the power and healing of music. Their message is simple: “Somos de todos y la música está viva”...we belong to the people and the music is alive! Deeply diverse in their talents and identities, members of Grupo Bella aim to share how music has guided them to reach the hearts of the people, and grow a voice for their community.
Gates open at 6 p.m. Performance starts at 7 p.m.
All animal habitats close at 8 p.m.
BioPark Society Members receive 50% discount on tickets with active membership. Valid member card and ID required at gate.
